Senior Tech Program Manager New York, New York, USA Advertisers spend tens of billions of dollars annually leveraging Amazon Advertising to grow their businesses. We support advertisers by building industry-standard advertiser controls (demand) with an open data plane serving an ever-growing number of ad serving channels (supply). Our services support all Sponsored Ads programs and all Display Ad programs-you can think of our team as the brain and nervous system of all advertisements within Amazon. As advertisers and advertising tools rapidly adopt AI agents to plan, optimize, and achieve marketing goals, Amazon Ads is building multiple agentic applications to lead this transformation. Our services are building common infrastructure such as MCP tools and real-time data services to accelerate agent development. The Ads AI Core Infra (ACI) team develops essential services that underpin all advertising programs such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. We build core services for Service Availability, Advertiser Registration and Access Management, Ad Catalog Service, Data Ingestion/Publishing, and Analytics. Do you want to drive high-impact programs that improve the resilience of advertising systems across multiple VP organizations? We're looking for Senior Technical Program Manager who will collaborate with teams across Worldwide Advertising to solve critical business problems, navigate ambiguity, and manage stakeholder expectations. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional program management skills and technical depth to deliver high visibility initiatives for our Ads AI Core Infrastructure team.
