AWS is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and inspire high-performing teams across EMEA, win transformative deals, and redefine how the Energy & Utilities industry innovates with cloud and Agentic AI. Bring your passion for building businesses, your operational excellence, and your deep industry insight and help our customers accelerate their digital transformations at scale. As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of experienced account managers within AWS Energy and Utilities Industry Business Unit (E&U). You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for (strategic) accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how AWS partners with energy leaders to reshape the industry. You will report to the EMEA Sales Director and collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. This role will be based in London with travel required to key customer sites and to the U.S. Key job responsibilities • Coach, mentor, and scale a team of senior sales professionals. Foster a culture anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partner Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges. • Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms. • Use data and metrics to manage pipeline
