In this exciting role, you'll be a key partner to Procurement, Field Workplace, Health, and Safety (WHS), and site support teams such as Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME), working closely with them to ensure world-class safety standards for our under the roof contractors across Amazon North America Operations. You will also liaison externally with Amazon's contractor qualification partner, Avetta, supporting product enhancements and contractor partnership. You will be empowered to own and drive safety programs from inception through implementation. You will also own safety related projects and own the actions needed to deliver them. Also supporting field operations daily safety routines, you will support rigorous investigations to uncover root causes, develop actions, and share learnings.
