About this role
Senior Program Manager, RVR, RBS MVR Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager to drive Retail Vendor Recruitment across WW teams through RBS MVR team. This role will own the end-to-end vendor experience from initial recruitment through successful launch, focusing on reducing friction, improving conversion rates, and enabling self-service at scale through technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and eliminating barriers across the vendor onboarding journey. This leader will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Account Management, and Operations to build scalable, technology-enabled solutions that allow Amazon to onboard vendors globally at scale. The role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage automation, tools, and streamlined processes to transform vendor experience while enabling recruiters to focus on high-value strategic activities. Key job responsibilities 1. Own the end-to-end vendor onboarding program across RVR, driving improvements across different stages. 2. Identify and eliminate friction points in the vendor onboarding journey, leveraging automation, AI-powered tools, and self-service solutions to improve conversion rates at scale 3. Partner with Product and Tech teams to define requirements and drive adoption of technology solutions that reduce manual effort and enable scalable vendor onboarding globally 4. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Account Management, Operations, and Retail teams to streamline vendor experience and enable recruiters to focus on high-value strategic activities 5. Define and track program success metrics - including vendor launch rates, onboarding cycle time, self-service adoption and revenue. 6. Develop and execute WW vendor recruitment strategies to close
