About this role
Senior Program Manager, Network Health / Trust & Safety Dubai, ARE This role is for someone who wants real ownership. You'll be the right hand to the Network Health and Trust & Safety leadership, owning complex, high-impact programs that protect customers, partners, and the business. This is not a reporting or coordination role. You will identify risks before they escalate, turn ambiguity into clear execution plans, and drive programs that balance safety, compliance, and operational reality. You'll work across teams that don't naturally align, often without direct authority. Your job is to connect the dots, make hard calls, and ensure the right things get done on time, at scale, and with measurable impact. If you enjoy solving messy problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and building mechanisms that last, this role will stretch you in the best way. Key job responsibilities • Own end-to-end Trust & Safety and Network Health programs from problem definition to execution and sustained outcomes • Identify systemic risks and compliance gaps; design scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes • Drive execution across multiple teams with competing priorities • Set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for complex initiatives • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on risk, safety, and long-term strategy • Build simple, durable mechanisms to track progress and enforce standards • Raise the bar on how programs are designed, reviewed, and communicated A day in the life On a typical day, you might: • Deep dive into data to understand where risks are
