Senior Program Manager, AWS Global Events Seattle, Washington, USA AWS is seeking a strategic program manager to design and deliver global partner event experiences through innovative in-person programming as part of 1P Flagship events. As organizations navigate an AI-driven world, this role will shape how AWS connects with, enables, and inspires our global partners through meaningful event experiences that drive engagement and business impact. You'll lead the development and delivery of AWS Partner Programs globally, establishing frameworks, standards, and measurement protocols that ensure consistent, high-quality partner experiences across all regions. This includes supporting our global partner summits series, Global Partner Summit, and shaping the partner experience at re:Invent. By leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies, you'll create immersive in-person experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires proven experience leading global programs with cross-regional coordination, strong strategic thinking to translate business objectives into actionable frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels. You must demonstrate a data-driven approach to program measurement and optimization, experience with partner program management and engagement strategies, and strong project management capabilities to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse, global teams are essential for ensuring consistent execution while allowing appropriate regional customization.
