Senior Product Manager, Tech, Partner-Branded FTV, FireTV Devices Seattle, Washington, USA Are you passionate about building scaling platforms to power millions of smart TVs from many leading global brands? Amazon's Fire TV organization is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team driving reference solutions and platform product-tech. Join us as we set the scene for what's next in TV. Key job responsibilities * Understand the needs and related trends for customers, TV partners, and offline consumer electronics retailers * Keep abreast with the technologies and trends related to TVs * Define the product strategy for the region accounting for customers, partner and business needs * Define the roadmap for TVs including TV line-up, specifications, software features working backwards from customers, partners, industry and business needs * Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application * Work closely with engineering, program management, and QA teams to implement and deliver the product, on-time and exceeding a high quality bar * Drive decisions across cross-functional teams that include engineering, UX and commercial teams. * Drive product launches in concert with Engineering, Go to Market, operations, PR and other teams A day in the life * Work with TV partners on defining the product roadmap, product requirements * Understand business requirements and write product requirementss (BRDs/PRDs), strategy docs, and PRFAQs * Work with engineering and other tech teams to build the product and see them through
