Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented candidate to join as the Senior Partner Development Manager, Malaysia. As the Partner Development Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on an AI-first strategy to build a robust AI partner landscape in Malaysia. You will curate and develop a cohort of high-potential AI and Future Consolidation Partners, driving deep industry expertise to support AWS vertical sales motions and address evolving customer requirements. Key job responsibilities Your broad responsibilities will include defining and executing against the AI Partner Recruit, Onboard, and Develop playbooks, establishing business and technical relationships, and managing day-to-day interactions with a focused portfolio of partners to build long-term AI-driven business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact at the CXO/VP level, as well as a technical background that enables them to interact with software developers and architects on AI/ML solutions. He/she should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about AI business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
