DSPプログラム紹介サイト https://logistics.amazon.co.jp/ Key job responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for talent acquisition o Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns o Developing metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness, including partnering with BI team, media agency and third-party vendors to implement performance measurement automation, attribution and channel optimization o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic candidate attraction o Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing tactics o Enhance candidate experience and engagement Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Preferred Qualifications: - Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights - Experience with Salesforce and Tableau Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
