Senior Learning Business Partner APAC Melbourne, Victoria, AUS Amazon is seeking a high-performing, customer-obsessed Senior Learning Business Partner to drive Learning & Development initiatives across the APAC region. In this role, you will own a portfolio of Go-to-Market program delivery for APAC deploying leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling solutions that strengthen the manager-employee relationship and equip leaders to drive customer obsession and employee trust. You will act as a strategic partner between Operations, HR, and Product teams, ensuring measurable business impact at scale. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for both the customer and the learner. You communicate with clarity and conviction, bring proven project management capability, and navigate competing priorities with composure. You are equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders as you are diving deep into compliance data. You leverage AI tools confidently to drive efficiency and innovation in your work. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is relentless about continuous improvement.
