As a subject matter expert, the role focuses on enhancing process efficiency, delivering exceptional employee experiences, and aligning immigration operations with Amazon's business goals. The Senior Specialist will oversee the country program performance, implement quality control measures, and execute process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce risks. Acting as a strategic partner, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with Saudi authorities to navigate regulatory changes. With a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder advocacy, the Senior Immigration Specialist will drive scalable solutions, address complex challenges, and set new standards for service delivery in a dynamic and evolving immigration landscape. Key job responsibilities 1. Case management - End-to-end management of all KSA case types, ensuring: - First Response Time within 24 business hours. - PRR minimum goal of 90%. - SLA adherence on case processing times as per SOPs. - Quality control to ensure filing accuracy and avoid controllable misses resulting in fines or penalties. - Clear and timely customer communication within SLA (1 working day) regarding process, documentation, timelines, and status. - Validation and secure handling of original customer documents. - Efficient escalation management where applicable. - Full adherence to agreed quality standards for end-to-end case management. - Maintain and accurately update trackers and case management system to reflect case progress and status.
