Key job responsibilities Business Finance Support: Leverage operations finance expertise to develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams on process/product requirements. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership. Identify opportunities to optimize finance tools and processes. Controllership: Lead reporting on NA transformation initiatives, including success metrics and risk assessment. Resolve complex data integrity issues through stakeholder collaboration. Design and implement scalable, auditable data analysis processes. Communication: Communicate financial data effectively through active listening and audience-appropriate delivery. Build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Program/Product Managers.
