About this role
SAP Technical Program Manager, Leo Enterprise Technology Bellevue, Washington, USA Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical, enterprise-wide programs that underpin Leo's global operations at scale. You will set the long-term vision for how enterprise platforms-including SAP and tightly integrated systems-enable Leo's business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps driving alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities •Define multi-year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leo's business objectives • Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users • Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies before they impact delivery • Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization • Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed • Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth • Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get
