Sales Ops Representative, Amazon Freight, IN Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Job Description: Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) India is seeking highly skilled and motivated Freight Ops Analyst to assist in the resolution of day to day business issues. If you are interested in managing one of Amazon's newest businesses through its start-up phase, you might be interested in this role with Amazon Freight. An ideal candidate has a background in transportation, supply-chain and excellent data driven problem resolution skills. They have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. This job will require exceptional communication skills as a customer facing role and requires the ability to work in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment that fosters high ownership and quick decision-making. Key job responsibilities Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to: -Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs -Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency -Support business by researching on inbounding defects / billing & payments. -Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks, process control gaps and improve the performance and share of wallet.
