Sales Operations Analyst, US-SMB , Scale Operations Team Arlington, Virginia, USA The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations Analyst to support the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. The candidate in this position will play a foundational role in supporting the SMB go-to-market strategy through data analysis and operational reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in sales operations who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business decisions. The Sales Operations Analyst will focus on core operational activities including standard reporting, revenue routing, compensation escalations, and data analysis. The analyst will generate and maintain regular cadenced reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business metrics for SMB leadership, support the accurate routing and tracking of revenue across SMB territories and segments, and assist with comp plan inquiries, escalations, and resolution tracking to ensure sales representatives are compensated accurately. A critical aspect of the role involves conducting deep dives into business data to answer specific questions that enable Sales Operations Leads and sales leaders to make informed strategic decisions, as well as contributing to rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
