About this role

RF System Integration Engineer, Amazon Leo Redmond, Washington, USA Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. As a RF Systems Integration and Validation Engineer, you will be the hands-on owner of test setups and systems that validate our phased array and RF communication systems. You'll assemble and configure test stations and frameworks to execute test plans and validate software/hardware performance metrics and support integration campaigns across lab, environmental, and in-orbit testing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with RF hardware, Linux command line tools, and mechanical fixtures, and who can quickly turn ambiguous test goals into reliable test execution. Key job responsibilities - Execute integration and validation test plans for phased arrays, RF front-ends, and full communication chains, documenting results and anomalies. - Operate test equipment and Linux-based control systems via command-line tools and scripts; contribute to scripting improvements (e.g., Python, Matlab, Bash). - Build, configure, and maintain RF and system test setups, including cabling, fixtures, motion systems, and environmental test interfaces. - Work with mechanical, antenna, and RF engineers to design and refine fixtures, mounts, and interfaces for repeatable measurements. - Support
