As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will partner with dedicated Sourcers to execute recruiting activities, support hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will execute talent attraction strategies, follow established recruiting processes, and deliver results with manager guidance. We need a talented Recruiting Business Partner to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The Recruiting Business Partner will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process execution, and will support hiring teams as a key recruiting contact. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments where they can execute recruiting activities efficiently and deliver results following established processes. They collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, building relationships through consistent delivery and responsiveness. The best candidates leverage their knowledge of Talent Acquisition fundamentals, building strong relationships with hiring managers and and other stakeholders. They use available tools including GenAI to enhance recruiting effectiveness with manager guidance.
