We're revolutionizing the retail landscape by building an ultra-fast delivery service that will delight customers across major European cities. Our Quick Commerce initiative represents the next frontier in customer obsession, focused on bringing essential items to customers faster than ever before. As Speed Area Mgr in Quick Commerce Central Operations, you will own the operational mechanisms, processes, and communication frameworks that enable seamless execution across the EU Quick Commerce network. You will lead business reviews, design and implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce defects, and scale operations. You will work closely with schedulers, site operators, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and protect customer promise. We're looking for individuals who embody our bias for action, can think big, and are excited about solving complex logistics challenges in real-time. You'll be part of a team that's building the future of retail, working across EU markets to ensure we maintain our promise of ultra-fast delivery to our customers. The position offers a 10h20 to 18h30 fix schedule, with working days being Sunday to Thursday.
