About this role

Quality Assurance Engineer II, Amazon Search Relevance Measurement Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND How would you like to impact millions of customers around the world using Amazon Search? This team measures the spectrum of Search experiences on Amazon and helps root cause and deep dive escalations from customers and leadership point of view. From highlighting pain points to surfacing abuse across 21 locales, root causing problems in the complex Search stack layers and protecting the customer from compromised experience. We seek to improve customer perception of Search and trust through improved customer comprehension of our search results. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us enhance the customer journey by performing search troubleshooting whenever an escalation is raised either by leadership or by customers. You will help root cause and improve customer experiences viewed by millions of people per day. You will have the opportunity to learn and be a part of the Amazon retail website ecosystem globally.
