Product Manager II - AMZ17190.7 Bellevue, Washington, USA Employer: Amazon Data Services, Inc. Position: Product Manager II (multiple positions available) Location: Bellevue, WA Multiple Positions Available: 1. Conduct sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business and strategic analysis to identify, develop and implement revenue-generating and cost-saving projects and programs impacting business and customer experience for various set of products, segments and/or subcategories throughout the lifecycle process for retail, vendors, and/or business products. 2. Develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance operations and processes as per company's e-commerce specifications and requirements. 3. Lead diverse, cross-functional teams in executing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and establishing production readiness across AWS's global manufacturing facilities. 4. Develop strategic manufacturing capabilities and implement capacity planning while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Provide guidance to program execution from initial launch through product lifecycle, managing deliverables and remove blockers for faster NPI enablement. 6. Lead business process improvement initiative and report to senior leadership, including C-suite executives. 7. Support operational excellence, systems support process and design that support operational performance. 8. Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including software development engineers, operation managers, finance, supply chain, leadership and Sellers to implement features for global roll-out. 9. Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints. 10.
