About this role
Process Associate, Sales Excellence Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Process Associate (L3) to join our team. IWe're seeking a detail-oriented FinOps Process Associate to join our Amazon Seller Services team. This role combines financial operations, data analytics, and seller engagement to maximise seller experience.You will work closely with business stakeholders, channel leads, and program managers to translate business questions into actionable data products Key job responsibilities As a FinOps Process Associate, you will be doing the following: 1. Financial Analysis & Optimization Execute complex SQL queries to analyze monthly partner payouts Create and maintain financial dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions - calculating adhoc requirements and discrepancies, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed Develop cost allocation strategies and implement tagging policies 2. Process & Tools Management Design and maintain financial reporting systems and dashboards Validate data accuracy across multiple platforms and tools Implement automation solutions for recurring financial processes Document and standardize FinOps processes Key job responsibilities Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions - Experience managing data pipelines - Knowledge of product experimentation (A/B testing) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
