Are you passionate about building the next generation product shopping and search experience? Search experience on Amazon is central to every customer's shopping mission and purchasing journey. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and customer-obsessed Principal Technical Program Manager to define and drive the joint technical architecture that spans multiple organizations. The ideal candidate will drive complex technical programs, balancing tactical needs with strategic vision. They will create and execute multi-year roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders, Product Managers, and Engineers. They will build scalable mechanisms to address both internal engineering and customer needs, using data-driven decision making to set priorities and develop key metrics. They will possess strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management at all levels. They will have proven experience delivering large-scale technical programs, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for innovative customer and developer experiences.
