Principal Solutions Architect, CEE Enterprise, FSI Warsaw, Woj. Mazowieckie, POL Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our thriving technical community and growing business across Central Eastern Europe. You will be part of the Financial Services Enterprise team, leading technical strategy and innovation across the region. As a senior member of our Solutions Architecture team, you'll drive transformational innovation for large enterprise financial services customers by architecting and implementing cloud solutions. You'll be at the forefront of emerging technologies, guiding customers through their journey to adopt agentic AI workloads, autonomous systems, and intelligent automation that reshape how financial institutions operate and serve their customers. In this role, you'll leverage the full breadth of AWS cloud technologies to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that accelerate digital transformation across multiple markets. You'll champion innovation by identifying opportunities to apply agentic architecture patterns, AI-SDLC methodologies, and modern application designs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with C-level executives and technical leaders across the region, you'll translate complex business challenges into agentic, cloud-native solutions that drive competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving financial services landscape.
