To support this, Amazon is seeking an exceptional and strategic individual contributor to serve as a Principal Program Manager for WW WHS Central Programs. In this role, you will own the delivery of our most complex, highest-impact safety projects while driving critical business operations processes across the global WHS organization. This role uniquely combines two critical functions: (1) leading the execution of Amazon's largest and most complex safety projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $30M in capex, and (2) driving strategic business operations initiatives across the WHS leadership team, including goal-setting processes and safety roadmap alignment. You will be responsible for the most complex projects that deliver the highest safety entitlement across our network while ensuring organizational alignment and execution excellence across all WHS programs. This Principal Program Manager will report to the Director of WHS Central Programs and work collaboratively across all Amazon Business Units to deliver innovative safety solutions and drive organizational effectiveness. You will interact regularly with Directors and VPs across WHS, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams, serving as a trusted advisor and execution leader.
