Outbound Marketing - Creators, Performance Marketing Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are hiring Outbound Marketing - Creators Manager on a contractual model. IN Performance marketing team at Amazon India is seeking a talented, highly motivated and seasoned performance marketer with own and scale WhatsApp and Email channels for Amazon Creators Program. It requires strong ownership of campaign execution, a sharp focus on metrics, and the ability to drive high-impact experiments to improve Creator engagement and conversion across lifecycle stages. The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor with data-driven decision making to build scalable channel interventions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Key job responsibilities 1. Own Channel Execution: Drive end-to-end ownership of Push and WhatsApp channel campaigns for Creators communications 2. Campaign Operations Excellence: (a) Execute high-quality, defect-free campaigns at scale with strict adherence to timelines, (b) Build and standardize SOPs to improve execution efficiency and reduce operational errors 3. Experimentation & Growth: (a) Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests) across targeting, creatives, frequency, and timing, (b) Continuously raise the bar on experiment velocity and channel contribution to Creator team goals 4. Audience Strategy & Targeting: (a) Define and evolve audience cohorts (e.g., new creators, consideration stage, lapsers, active Creators), (b) Partner with analytics to enable data-backed targeting and personalization 5. Measurement & Insights: (a) Establish clear measurement frameworks to evaluate channel and campaign impact, (b) Track and report performance, generate insights, and translate them into actionable improvements 6. Cross-functional Leadership: (a) Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Creative teams
