About this role

Marketing Manager - Mexico, Ring Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX Ring is looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and AI-native Marketing Manager to own and scale brand awareness and demand generation for Ring in Mexico. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling, performance marketing, and emerging AI-powered tools. You'll lead multi-channel marketing strategy and execution across paid digital, above the line content, organic social, influencer partnerships, and emerging channels. You'll design experiments, optimize campaigns, and partner closely with agencies, retail teams, and internal stakeholders to drive measurable brand growth and sell-through. A deep understanding of Mexican consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances is essential. You will build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across paid, owned, and earned channels. This includes testing and scaling new marketing channels to reach the right audiences. You will design and run campaign experiments using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve performance and ROI, and collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams on asset production to ensure all content is locally relevant and culturally resonant. This role will actively leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, creative output, and campaign optimization. You will stay at the forefront of how AI is transforming digital marketing - identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI, machine learning models, and automation into workflows to drive efficiency and positioning advantages.
