Key job responsibilities - Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion high safety and quality standards for both products and personnel. - Satellite Integration & Testing: Perform integration and testing of Leo satellites and complex subassemblies in cleanroom and ESD-controlled environments. - Hardware Handling: Conduct rigging and critical lifts of bulky, sensitive hardware with precision and care. - Precision Tooling: Utilize calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, optical inspection devices, micrometers, and calipers. - Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. - Process Compliance: Execute work in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and work instructions - Non-Conformance Documentation: Identify and document non-conformities as required to ensure traceability and
