This role directly enables AIM's 2026 objective to achieve non-paid application share for Workforce Staffing and increase talent pipelines for Talent Acquisition. You are responsible for building responsive email templates from scratch, programming campaign logic within CRM and marketing automation platforms, conducting cross-client QA, and launching data-driven lifecycle journeys that deliver exceptional candidate experiences at scale. You will partner with Developers, Creative, Data Science, Analytics, Journey Planning, Legal, and Product teams to connect lifecycle activity to hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate writes clean, responsive HTML and CSS for email, has deep platform expertise in CRM/marketing automation tools, thrives in fast-moving environments, and has a track record of shipping high-volume lifecycle campaigns independently.
