Investigation Specialist II PT , Flex I&O Tempe, Arizona, USA We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigation Specialist II SP to join the Flex I & O team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs). The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for uncovering the truth. You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fair and accurate outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our investigations. This role is open to all hubs in the United States. Key job responsibilities * Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings. * Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes. * Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements. * Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases. * Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. * Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations. * Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics. Basic Qualifications: - Must be fluent (in verbally and written skills without a translator) in English and Portuguese
