Investigation Specialist II-JP, Flex I&O Tempe, Arizona, USA The Flex Investigation & Offboarding (Flex I&O) team is looking for an Investigation Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs), ensuring fair and accurate outcomes that protect the Amazon Flex brand and our customers. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for uncovering the truth. You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data using multiple tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-informed business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our investigations while ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
