Growth Manager, Prime Video India, Prime Video Mumbai, Maharashtra, IND Amazon Prime Video is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content, favourite TV series and Movies, while making it trivially easy for them to enjoy they favourite content wherever and whenever they want. We have a goal to become the entertainment destination for customers in India while delighting our customers with a great service and broad content. We are looking for a versatile Growth Manager who is responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video growth in India. This person will be leading programs and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and subscriber growth, including growing revenue streams, as well as improving our customer engagement and retention for Prime Video. Additionally they will work in collaboration with the Central and Regional Product, Programming, Marketing, Engagement, Ads, Customer Insights, Payments and Distribution teams to define the priorities and key projects to drive growth and engagement This role will also focus on cross-benefit initiatives, pricing strategies, industry players bench-marking as well as customer understanding. The role is responsible for the planning, execution, forecasting and continual testing and improvement of demand marketing, working closely with our Finance team.
