Key responsibilities: Lead regulatory review across central and state developments affecting renewable energy and energy transition. Oversee analysis of CERC/SERC orders and regulations (tariff, open access , DSM, grid code, connectivity) and synthesize implications. Guide workstreams on energy storage, green hydrogen, biogas, small hydro and pumped storage, and relevant policy/regulatory reforms. Prepare strategic recommendations and leadership briefs for decision-making. Guide stakeholder engagement synthesis into actionable insights. Ensure quality assurance of monthly reports, thematic insights, benchmarking scans, seminar summaries and repository outputs. Minimum qualifications: B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) and MBA from a recognized institution (desirable: Master's in engineering / MBA in Power Management). Minimum experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the electricity sector with expertise in policy and regulatory affairs; proven leadership in regulatory analysis and policy advisory assignments.
