About this role
Global Retirement Risk Manager, Global Retirement and Investments Team (GRIT) London, England, GBR Amazon's mission is to be the earth's most customer-centric company. We are looking for a smart and ambitious risk management professional to join Amazon's Global Retirement & Investments team in London, UK. As a Global Retirement Risk Manager, you will collaborate and partner with a team of retirement professionals, working extensively with Amazon's legal, tax, benefits, compensation, HR shared services, technology and operational teams to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks across the organization's global retirement programs and ensure compliance obligations are met. This hands-on individual contributor role requires a subject matter expert who will partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants/vendors to execute on all retirement benefit matters and regulatory requirements for our International retirement programs. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks for program and project management to support our international retirement plans, define risk governance structures with internal stakeholders and external partners, document risk assessment processes and control requirements; implement business-level risk monitoring mechanisms; develop and execute on program/business level risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, and manage risk reporting metrics and dashboards. They will also have responsibility for plan design, governance and fiduciary oversight; improving the employee experience and have oversight of investment fund management, across multiple EU countries.
