Your ability to identify and attract top talent will be the catalyst for Amazon's continued growth in India. Key job responsibilities 1. Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment of MBA students and early career talent from attraction to onboarding. 2. Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results 3. Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives 4. Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers 5. Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc. 6. Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus 7.
