Financial Analyst I, FinOps-AR Operational Readiness Hyderabad, Telangana, IND Amazon FinOps - GAR Assurance Team Amazon FinOps is looking for a Business Analyst to be part of the GAR Assurance Team. As Finance Business Analyst at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest data sets and help build data-driven operational strategies to adapt and be successful in ever-changing business environments. Key job responsibilities • Develop strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue management to ensure billing assurance • Developing internal finance controls based on industry best practices • Support revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards • Lead projects to address key cross-functional issues spanning financial operations and vendor management • Deliver financial savings through process improvement and automation initiatives • Design and implement mechanisms to improve Operational Excellence culture • Translate business problems into efficient, scalable solutions using AWS services and data tools • Identify improvement opportunities through cross-team collaboration and brainstorming Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field - • Overall 6+ years' experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst role - • Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SES, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Redshift - • Proficiency in Amazon Quick Suite and Athena for data analysis and reporting - • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis - • Proficient
