We're not a traditional finance team. We deploy AI and automation to eliminate manual work, deliver real-time insights to SVP/VP leaders, and directly shape how Amazon invests in technology. We're looking for a Finance Manager who wants to operate at the intersection of strategic finance and emerging AI capabilities-someone who sees FP&A not as a reporting function, but as an engine for driving business outcomes at scale. ________________________________________ Why This Role, Why Now? We're in the middle of a deliberate shift: from transactional reporting to strategic business partnership. Our 2026 goal is to reduce manual close work by 40% and redeploy that time into insights that influence investment priorities. You'll own that transformation alongside a team that's already proving what AI-augmented finance looks like.
