Executive Assistant to RME Director, RME EU Poznan, Greater Poland Voivodeship, POL Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) organisation is seeking a proactive, customer obsessed and team oriented Executive Assistant to support the EU RME Director. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining great flexibility, a sense of humour and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Amazon EAs are the primary point of contact and information flow to and from a variety of teams, clients and partners to our senior leaders - we seek to hire and then offer continual development to the very best EAs ready to work in our fast paced, customer focused organisation. We are looking for bright and motivated candidates with experience of supporting multiple executives and who can demonstrate expertise with complex diary management, travel arrangements and expense recording as well as the set-up, budgeting and active management of small to mid-scale events for their teams. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.
