This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills while representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion. The role will require managing complex, ever-changing schedules, planning and organizing both internal and external events, domestic and international travel coordination, arranging and managing logistics efficiently for executives and team members. The ideal candidate will be someone who can complete complex tasks and projects swiftly with minimal guidance, anticipate business needs, respond promptly to unexpected situations and problem solve.
