Enablement Associate, EMEA Field Effectiveness London, England, GBR Locations possible: London and Madrid The Associate Enablement Specialist supports the EMEA Field Enablement Team in delivering enablement programs and initiatives to AWS AGS Sales field teams across assigned areas and segments. Working under the direction of the Area and Segment Enablement Manager, this role focuses on the coordination, logistics, and operational execution of core enablement activities that help our sellers be more effective in serving customers and growing revenue. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of onboarding, continuous learning (“always-boarding”), and strategic enablement programs. The Associate Enablement Specialist helps ensure that the right content reaches the right people at the right time - coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining content repositories, tracking participation and completion data, and supporting the operational rhythm of the enablement team.
