INOPS ER team is part of the Global Employee Relations vertical within Amazon, and works closely with the Field People eXperience and Technology (PXT / HR) teams and Operations teams in advising and enabling them to provide a seamless employee and associate experience. As an Employee Relations Manager (ERM), you will drive positive employee relations and enable positive associate and employee experience in your region and line of business.
