Easy Ship Specialist, Sort Center Team Tokyo, JPN Amazonでは、地球上で最もお客様を大事にする企業になることを目指しています。 Amazonの著しい成長を支えているのが、自社で保有している高品質な輸送ネットワークです。 将来の物流業界の変化及び貨物量の増加を見据え、慣習に捉われない新たな輸送網・サービスを構築しています。 アマゾンジャパンの物流輸送企画部では、その輸送ネットワーク上の重要拠点であるソートセンター(SC)における、新規ビジネス、サービスのプロセス構築、拡大展開を行うプロジェクトマネージャーを求めています。 Key job responsibilities Easy Ship Specialistは、Easy Ship担当として、ソートセンターに関わるプロセスを構築、実務適用し、SC Team内のステークホルダーと連携しStandardの推進と生産性の改善を推進します。 ■Easy Ship新規Launchと、サービス開始後の継続的改善とSC単位でのEasy Ship運営 ― 新規Launch担当時はOPSの構築と3PLとの契約を推進頂きます。サービス開始後は、VolumeがPlan通り出荷されているか、生産性はミートしているかを確認し3PLなどと連携しTargetを達成できるProcessの構築をリードして頂きます。 既存Processに問題があれば、即座に関係者と連携して解決に動き、随時、プロセスの改善と水平展開を実行して頂きます。 サービスエリア拡大に伴い、他のソートセンターにも同様なプロセスの展開を進めて頂きます。 A day in the life ［40 %］ES現場業務のStandard化及び生産性改善プロジェクトの推進 ［40 %］Easy Ship OPS構築と管理 ［20 %］MOSTもしくはCTを活用した生産性管理とPlanの構築 About the team ソートセンターとはAmazonの自社輸送網において、全国にある大規模倉庫と、各ご家庭までの配達拠点の中継地となる拠点です。 お客様への配送スピードを担保しながらより効率的に輸送できるよう、拠点の構築、荷物の仕分けを24時間、365日行っています。 アマゾンジャパンの輸送ネットワーク上の重要拠点であるソートセンター(SC)のオペレーションに触れられ、さらにAmazonでの新しいビジネスプロセスの構築を経験でき、またグローバル関係者と情報交換や相互支援などが行える、国内外問わずご活躍いただけるポジションです。 Basic Qualifications: - MS Office基本レベル以上。特にMS Excelは基本的な関数（SumIF等）が使えること - ビジネスレベル(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)の日本語力 - 社会人経験5年以上 - 以下いずれかの経験を有する a 物流に関するプロジェクトマネジメントや業務改善経験 b 製造業等での生産管理や業務改善経験 c 外部業者との折衝経験（契約締結等） Preferred Qualifications: - エンジニアリング、オペレーションに関する学位/知見 - 定量的な分析力（統計解析（回帰、分散分析など）の知識） - 倉庫・物流拠点の立ち上げに携わった経験 - KPI設定/プロセス改善経験 - ビジネスレベル(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)の英語力 - 物流・運輸・流通分野における3年以上のマネジメント経験（ベンダーマネジメント、トラブルシューティングを含む） - インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること。 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
