Data Analyst, Third Party Carrier Procurement Tokyo, JPN アマゾンは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になること」を使命とし、高品質な輸送ネットワーク・サービスの拡大に投資を行っています。物流業界の変化を見据え、従来の型にとらわれない自社独自の輸送ネットワーク・サービスの構築を進めており、これまでにない革新的な幹線輸送ネットワークを一緒に作り上げる意欲的なメンバーを募集します。 アマゾンジャパンの物流輸送企画事業部では、自社輸送網の幹線輸送に関わる事業企画・管理の中核を担っています。社内の事業計画・実行部門、システム開発部門、財務部門に加え、大手を含む運送会社や3PLといった取引先企業と連携しながら、アマゾンの成長を支える幹線輸送ネットワーク・サービスの維持・拡大のための重要な任務を遂行しています。具体的には、幹線輸送のコスト構造の可視化と最適化、輸送拠点や輸送サービスの立ち上げプロジェクトの推進、そして中長期的な幹線輸送戦略の立案と策定を行います。 本ポジションでは、幹線輸送事業における分析・改善、コスト最適化、プロジェクトリードなど複数の業務を、社内外のステークホルダーと調整しながら実行していただきます。データ分析に基づく仮説検証やコスト低減施策の立案・実行を通じて、幹線輸送事業の継続的な改善に貢献していただきます。 Key job responsibilities アマゾンは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になること」を使命としています。そのため、高品質な輸送ネットワーク・サービス拡大に投資を行っています。特に物流業界の変化を見据え、従来の型に捕らわれない自社独自の輸送ネットワーク・サービスを構築中です。 アマゾンジャパンの物流輸送企画事業部では、その自社輸送網の幹線輸送に関わる事業企画・管理の中核を担うメンバーを求めています。 本ポジションは、社内の事業計画・実行部門、システム開発部門、財務部門に加え、大手を含む運送会社やサードパーティーロジスティクス（3PL）といった様々な取引先企業と協力しながら、アマゾンの成長を支える幹線輸送ネットワーク・サービスの企画・管理を行います。 具体的には以下の中から、複数の業務を遂行していただきます。 ■幹線輸送事業の分析と改善 幹線輸送の複雑な事業構造を理解し、そのコスト構造を見える化するためのレポーティングを行います。具体的には、週次サイクルでコストの変化を捉え、その要因の仮説を立て、データ分析に基づき仮説を検証、対応策の立案および実行を担うことで、幹線輸送事業におけるコスト低減に貢献して頂きます。 ■幹線輸送コストの最適化 幹線輸送の調達方法に応じたコストの最適化を目指します。車両費や人件費などの固定費、走行距離に応じた燃料費など、市況から適正なコストを算出し、コストの妥当性検証と必要に応じて幹線輸送業者とコスト低減に向けた折衝を行います。 ■プロジェクトリード・参加 新たな輸送拠点や輸送サービスの立ち上げなどのプロジェクトをリード、もしくは参加します。関連部署と連携し、プロジェクトごとの要件を整理し、タイムラインを管理しながら、プロジェクトの完遂に責任を持ちます。立ち上げの際のコスト分析、立ち上げ管理など、様々なタスクにハンズオンで対応します。 A day in the life [45 %]プロジェクト実行に向けての社内外のステークホルダーとの調整 [45 %]配送品質の維持向上などオペレーションの実行やプロジェクトリード [10 %]ドキュメント作成、契約書の作成など About the team 本ポジションの所属部門等に関する詳細は、下記リンク先参照ください。 【部門】 ■サプライチェーンマネジメント(SCM)・ミドルマイル部門の紹介 ~~社員インタビュー~~ 【職種】 ■オペレーション職種の紹介 ■プロジェクトマネジメント職種の紹介 【勤務地】 ■東京オフィス(本社)の紹介 ※6/1より勤務オフィスが目黒から品川に変更となる予定です Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
