About this role
Creative Coordinator Tokyo, JPN Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. We are seeking a Creative Coordinator to support our production and development executives in Tokyo. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative operations - managing the flow of submissions, tracking projects through development, and ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and external creative partners. You'll play a critical role in keeping our slate moving forward by coordinating across Legal, Marketing, Business Affairs, and Production, while also serving as a key point of contact for external writers, producers, and talent representatives. You'll need sharp attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
