About this role

Creative Coordinator Tokyo, JPN Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. We are seeking a Creative Coordinator to support our production and development executives in Tokyo. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative operations - managing the flow of submissions, tracking projects through development, and ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and external creative partners. You'll play a critical role in keeping our slate moving forward by coordinating across Legal, Marketing, Business Affairs, and Production, while also serving as a key point of contact for external writers, producers, and talent representatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for storytelling and the entertainment industry.
