Corporate Counsel, Shopping Legal Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support a team building agentic shopping experiences to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a team focused on building exceptional and innovative customer experiences. You will lead and negotiate complex transactions, provide legal guidance on new feature and product development, and advise on a wide range of issues, including privacy matters. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways. Key job responsibilities - Draft and negotiate complex transaction agreements - Advise on complex issues, including privacy and other regulatory matters - Provide day-to-day, customer-focused advice - Work effectively across business, department, and cross-functional stakeholders - Support and develop strategic thinking around agentic commerce About the team Amazon is a leader in global e-commerce.
