Amazon is looking for a self-directed, results-oriented Compliance Manager with proven project management experience, strong attention to detail, and strong communication skills. As a Compliance Manager, you will focus on building a best-in-class customer experience for shoppers on Amazon and streamlined processes to enable the business to run more smoothly and in compliance with local regulations. The Compliance Manager will work cross-functionally to drive programs related to the alcohol category in an effort to improve the customer experience and grow the business. The successful candidate is be able to work independently, learn quickly and easily adapt to change, be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced environment, and communicate with and be able to influence employees at all levels of the organization.
