Capacity Planning PM - UAE National, Quick Commerce, Amazon Now Dubai, ARE Are you interested in shaping the next generation of Amazon's fulfillment network in the region? The key to this mission is strategic, large scale initiatives that will allow us to scale our organization for the future in an extraordinary manner. The Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to own the short and long term capacity planning vertical for a network of darkstores. The candidate should posses high business acumen, strong analytical, collaboration and data driven influencing skills. Ideal candidate should have superior written and verbal communication skills and able to own multiple tasks at once . The capacity planning PM will be responsible to drive the short-term operational tasks related to capacity planning and support the team in mid/long term strategical projects and evaluations. Key job responsibilities · Own reporting of the critical capacity planning metrics across FCs. · Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plan and drive execution. · Support operations team with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders. · Foresee implications based on the projected storage capacity requirement vs available storage capacity in the region and come up with innovative and optimal storage solutions to support capacity storage requirements. · Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning and standard operating practices. ·
