About this role
Business Analyst - Lease Administration, Amazon Web Services Seattle, Washington, USA We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Lease Administration team in program coordination and governance activities. This role will work with team leadership to support global governance initiatives, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and provide technical and analytical support for business needs. Key job responsibilities Program Support: - Monitor and report on performance metrics - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback - Coordinate program updates and contribute to business reviews - Support ongoing program improvements Technical Support: - Address technical requests including system access and reporting needs - Query databases for analysis and reporting - Support dashboard development and maintenance - Collaborate with technology partners on system-related matters Stakeholder Coordination: - Support team leadership including program managers and asset managers - Facilitate communication across teams - Build relationships with partner organizations - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives Analysis & Reporting - Generate reports on key metrics - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Support data quality initiatives - Document processes and create guidance materials About the team Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides a highly reliable, scalable, and low-cost cloud platform that powers thousands of businesses in over 190 countries.
