About this role

Business Analyst, 3P Expansion Poland Warsaw, Woj. Mazowieckie, POL The Polish Marketplace team at Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Business Analyst (internal title: Category Merchant Manager) to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace. The role offers the unique opportunity to drive large scale, high visibility projects across different Amazon teams. As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of projects that contribute to long-term success, improving customer experience, supporting growth. Responsibilities include expanding our product selection, improving product availability, building strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally) and driving improvements to the Amazon Poland store. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and will be able to influence across a broad range of projects across the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. The role requires analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization. The role will require close coordination with the Polish Selling Partner recruitment teams in Warsaw and the wider 3P teams across EU. The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below.
