AWS Director of Technology, Israel Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv, ISR Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Director of Technology to serve as technical sales leader for Israel. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of cloud and generative AI adoption in Israel as a senior member of the country leadership team and the AWS Global Technology leadership team. In this role, you will provide the technical leadership and voice within the go-to-market strategy for Israel. You will partner with customers, AWS Sales, and cross-functional AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customers' most pressing business challenges and accelerate the adoption of AWS services within Enterprise customers. Recognised as a trusted customer advocate, you will help organisations understand best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions - including how to migrate and modernise existing workloads - while translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes. You will lead a high-performing organisation of Solutions Architects driving transformational customer outcomes across the region. Your influence will extend well beyond your direct organisation - shaping AWS's technical strategy, contributing to worldwide leadership forums, and serving as a trusted voice at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation. This role demands both the strategic foresight to anticipate where the market is heading and the operational excellence to execute across a matrixed, global organisation.
