About this role
Art Director - Lifecycle Engagement, XCM EU London, England, GBR This role can be based in London, Paris, Milan or Madrid Amazon XCM is seeking an Art Director responsible for visual and motion execution across EU lifecycle engagement marketing programmes. These programmes require creative that can operate at speed, scale and iteration - with visual strategies that drive awareness, intent and purchase across the full funnel for key audience segments including New-to-Amazon Customers (NACs). The successful candidate will bring strong motion and social-first creative craft while ensuring visual quality and brand coherence across EU marketplaces. You will collaborate closely with the Lifecycle Engagement Copywriter on larger initiatives while also leading visual execution independently across multiple programmes. Visual frameworks and design systems must be built to accommodate the realities of EU execution - including language-specific layout variation, typographic adaptation, and execution across markets at different stages of digital maturity. Experience designing localisation-ready creative frameworks for multiple EU languages and markets is essential. Key job responsibilities - Lead visual and motion execution for mid-funnel programmes across acquisition, discovery, engagement and Prime initiatives - Develop scalable visual and motion frameworks that enable mid-funnel creative to adapt quickly across formats, channels and EU markets. - Partner closely with the Lifecycle Engagement Copywriter to bring campaign ideas to life - Ensure visual quality and brand coherence as mid-funnel creative scales across markets and formats - Develop scalable visual approaches suitable for localisation and adaptation across EU - Stay connected to emerging social platforms, motion formats
